Transitioning from the rigors of professional fighting, Derry delved into a myriad of certifications in health and fitness. His diverse expertise covers strength and conditioning, massage therapy, Pilates, yoga, nutrition, and functional medicine. This quest for knowledge culminated in a notable achievement - a Masters in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the esteemed University of Chester.
